My mother has been getting more verbally sexual lately. ( we all remember the poor plummer who she was gona wait naked for in the plummer gate issues 😳) she has been talking to her imaginary friend formula 1 racing driver Lewis Hamilton again who is apparently is gona be my new granddad
I have just spent the last hour convincing my mother that her and Lewis Hamilton can't go naked swimming in a swimming pool as its to late and all swimming pools are shut. And have now convinced her to have a nice warm bath with Lewis Hamilton instead.
Me taking to her imaginary friend has made her happy but I'm not happy about hearing about her sexual desires and what she wants to do to him.😳😳😳
She asked if I wanted to join in (ewwwww) and has settled on telling me all about it tommorw 😳😳😳 (I'm hoping normal service will resume tommorw)
Think I need a stiff drink and an early night and try to erase all conversation about nipples from my brain forever??
Anyway now I've shared my terror with you all.. I hope I've not given you all nightmare and you all have quiet pleasent evenings xx
Thankyou all for letting me rant xx

Update on mother and Lewis Hamiltons tΓͺte-Γ -tΓͺte from last night.....
( warning do NOT have a mouth full of coffee when you read this as I nearly spat mine out when she told me)

Aparently they went to bed together last night and...
.....
......
.......
He fell asleep πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

I struggled so hard not to laugh... I know we shouldn't but still my mother's romantic night with her imaginary boyfriend and he fell asleep.. You soooo couldn't make this stuff up.
Yes I know I'm going to hell for laughing so much.. But I'd did say men huh and then managed to change the subject 🀣🀣🀣

This made me smile so muchπŸ˜‚. It’s so uplifting when we can find some humour in what is often a difficult journey. Thanks so much for your contribution Vix.

Thanks Mary, I deal with everything in my life with humour. I have a crohnic illness that's tried to kill me a few times so I always try to find the silver lining and as awful as my mother's altzimers is I try to find the humour in it to help me get through. After much nagging have decided when I get the time I will do a book of the funny stories I have concerning my mother's and other people's relatives antics. I am asking others for thier permission to use their storys and will add their relatives names to honour of them And will donate proceeds to dementia charity's xx

If we didn't laugh dealing with this, we'd cry! I think we've always dealt with the more difficult things in life by finding the funny side. I took Mum to the church she and Dad were quite involved with, in the village we lived in while I was growing up. I was talking about the font my sister had been baptised in, and the fact that my sister (Linda) had been married there. I said to Mum "Linda and Eddie were married here". She said - "What? Both of them?" I laughed - saying "Well, they both had to be here to get married to each other, Mum" She laughed - I think mainly because I was laughing.... not sure she really got the joke, but she was happy.
